Associate Veterinarian

We are just the place! Healthy Pets is a small, privately owned clinic offering affordable veterinary care, including low cost spays and neuters and general wellness services. We are a close-knit, passionate team whose focus is providing great care in a budget-friendly manner.

We are searching for a part-time or full-time associate to join our amazing, well trained team.

Ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of veterinary experience with at least 1 year of high volume spay/neuter experience, although mentoring may be considered. Also prefer candidate with dental experience.

Duties are flexible but may include: performing pre-surgical exam on patients, performing high quality, high volume spays and neuters for dogs and cats, communciating with clients about medical concerns, overseeing veterinary staff, examininng patients for wellness appointments, prescribing medications as needed, other duties as assigned. Must work well under pressure, be able to multi-task, have a friendly and helpful demeanor, be able to lead a team of veterinary personnesl, and be able to communciate effectively with clients and staff.
